Dishwasher
Job Description: Dishwashers help to maintain a constant flow of clean dishware for both the Guest and Kitchen. They are foundational in our ability to serve our Guests in a timely manner and ensure the health and safety of our Guests.
Essential Functions:
- Place organics in the organics container
- Throw refuse in and trash into the garbage container
- Pre-rinse all dishes
- Place dishes into the dish washing machine
- Place clean plates into their respective areas
- Soak and clean grill plates
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Valid ServSafe Food Handler’s Certificate
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Possesses a friendly, outgoing, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to be professional and courteous with their teammates
- Able to exercise good judgment while working both independently and collaboratively; works well in a team environment
- Comfortable working safely with cleaning chemicals
- Able to work in a noisy and sometimes chaotic environment and be flexible under a variety of circumstances
- Punctual, neat and accurate in work habits; precise and detail-oriented
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended schedules during peak periods
- The ability to adjust to business needs and display a sense or urgency during peak hours.
Physical Demands
- Able to move from place to place which may include standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
- Lift and carry 50 lbs short distances
Dress Code: Non-slip shoes, no loose clothing
Pay Range: $17.00/hr to $22.00/hr + Tips
